Eden Coffee was established in August 2005 while being relatively new we are by no means small. Eden Coffee is being enjoyed through offices and retailed in boutique stores and cafe's throughout New Zealand.

At Eden Coffee, our beans are selected from premium plantations and roasted in New Zealand daily using a state of the art 70kg "Sivetz" fluid air bed roaster.

This type of roaster gives a cleaner, aromatic coffee, with a more defined flavour than is achieved by a traditional drum roaster. Eden Coffee is freshly packed and sealed in our exclusively designed triple layer foil bag to hold in freshness and flavour. Coffee keeps best in an oxygen free environment.

Eden Coffee's bag has a one-way valve, so CO2 can escape from the beans while oxygen cannot get in. Once opened, squeeze out the air and reseal using the built in zip lock to maximise your coffee's freshness. Do not keep coffee in the fridge or freezer. Store in an air tight container in cool dark place.
